Anthropic API key — source scans and article-pack generation run server-side (in a Supabase Edge Function), using your own Anthropic key — billed to your own Anthropic account, not free. Get a key at console.anthropic.com (you'll need billing set up there too).
Substack feed — used by "Sync from Substack" to pull in new posts automatically (title, full text, and images).
Typefully API key — lets "Send to Typefully" push generated X / LinkedIn / Threads / Bluesky / Substack Notes copy there as drafts for you to review and schedule. Generate a key in Typefully under Settings → API. (Instagram isn't supported by Typefully's API, so IG copy stays here for manual posting.)
Bannerbear — turns each Instagram slide's text into a branded image card, so posts don't look like plain AI text. Needs a Bannerbear account (free trial, no card) with one template designed in their editor: a 1080×1080px canvas with a text layer named exactly headline for the slide copy — any background/branding is up to your design. Get your API key from Account → API Keys, and the template ID from the template's page in Bannerbear.
PixelLab character (optional) — features one of your existing PixelLab characters (e.g. the Quest Explorer/astronaut art) on Instagram cards, composited into an Image layer alongside the headline text. Needs an Image layer named exactly character added to your Bannerbear template. Get your API key from the PixelLab dashboard, and the character ID from PixelLab (right-click a character → copy ID, or ask in chat). Leave blank to generate cards with just the headline text, as before.

Either way it's saved as Pending; hit Generate pack on the card below to actually produce Instagram / X / LinkedIn / Notes copy (needs an API key set above). Nothing generates until you click that button.
Substack's RSS feed only carries your ~20 most recent posts. To pull in your full back-catalog once, export it from Substack (Settings → Exports → New export) and import the .zip here — after that, Sync from Substack above keeps picking up new posts fine.
